Before powering on the scanner, ensure that all the signals remain low to prevent current from flowing backwards to
affect the performance of the scanner. Initialization will be completed within 1s if the scanner functions well after power-
on.

The initialization completes and the scanner can receive serial commands from the host.

Before powering off the scanner, all the signals should drive low within 2ms. To ensure that the scanner works at a stable
level, the minimum interval between removing and resupplying the power must exceed 2s.
