Using RS-232 Cable 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Connect the scanner to a host device with an RS-232 cable with RJ45, RS-232 connector and a power 

jack: 

1.  Plug the 

cable’s RJ45 connector into the data port on the scanner. 

2.  Plug the 

cable’s RS-232 connector into the RS-232 port on the host device. 

3.  Plug the power adapter into the power jack of the cable. 

4.  Connect the power adapter to a power outlet.
