Problem: Illumination beam is OFF.
Solution:
1. Verify that the scanner is properly powered up.
2. Send
“?” to the scanner. If the scanner returns a reply of “!”, then send programming commands to turn
illumination on.
Problem: Carriage Return/Line Feed settings.
