JACKKNIFE
Sit on the front edge of the platform,
palms resting face down on the box
either side of your hips.
Straighten your arms and shift your hips
forward to just in front of the platform
with knees bent, heels on floor.
Bend your elbows 90 degrees behind
you, lowering your hips towards the floor
as you bring your left knee towards your
chest.
Straighten your arms, lowering your left
leg to the floor before switching sides
and repeating to complete one rep.

triceps, abs.
