Emergency calls
Landline
The emergency call (000) will be routed through your
landline. Please make sure your telephone line is
connected to the line socket of the V300.
VoIP
The emergency call (000) will be routed through your
VoIP service. Please make sure your VoIP service
provider supports emergency call feature.

PSTN pass-through
PSTN pass-through can best be described as a call waiting function, i.e. the ability to receive
incoming calls whilst engaged in another phone call. When a PSTN call is coming, the V300
will advise the user regardless of whether it is on-hook, on a VoIP call or on a PSTN call.
The user can then respond to the incoming PSTN call accordingly. This section describes
how incoming PSTN calls are handled in every scenario.
Scenario 1:
Your analog phone is attached to the V300 is in an on-hook state. A call from the PSTN
network is made to your landline number.
In this scenario the analog phone will ring. To answer the incoming call you simply pick up
the handset and talk.
