Step 2: WAN and Wireless Interfaces
Step 2 of the setup wizard enables you to configure your WAN and Wireless network settings.
1.
Click on the “WAN” interface radio button and select the appropriate type of
WAN connection.
a.
Static:
Enter the appropriate IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server information for your
WAN device (such as an ADSL modem or 3G router).
b.
Dynamic:
Network configuration information is automatically obtained via DHCP from your WAN device (such
as an ADSL modem or 3G router).
c.
PPPoE:
Enter the username and password required to connect to your WAN service.
