You can configure the cabinet to meet your data storage needs. Standard cabinet
configurations consist of a combination of these types of trays:

Controller-drive tray – Contains drives, redundant cooling fans and power
supplies, and, depending on the model, one or two controllers.

Drive tray – Contains drives, redundant cooling fans and power supplies, and
one or two environmental services modules (ESMs).

The cabinet is rated at 200 VAC through 240 VAC at 50 Hz to 60 Hz, and it operates
to ±10 percent of that range. The cabinet contains a power strip that provides 72A of
usable power through six 12A banks of power. This power is provided by 24 ICE320
power outlets on each PDU.
For the 72A power strips, power cord C1 supplies power to the bottom eight outlets,
power cord C2 supplies power to the middle eight outlets, and power cord C3 supplies
power to the top eight outlets. Each PDU is clearly labelled C1, C2, or C3 where the
power cords connect. Each power outlet is rated at 10A maximum. A 15A circuit
breaker protects each of the six 12A banks. Each circuit breaker is labeled on each
PDU.
