WorldPhone communication
The WorldPhone Liberator terminal provides direct telephony, telefax,
NIMS and data connection to international public networks via the
Inmarsat 3 Spot Beam satellite system.
For basic operation the WorldPhone Liberator must include:

Antenna Unit, and
•
Display Handset or telephone.
For added functionality:
•
PC for control and settings.
•
Telefax
Only a thin coaxial cable connects the WorldPhone Liberator to the
Antenna Unit.
Net service provider
The Net service provider issues your user licence and IMN (Inmarsat
Mobile Number) numbers. It is also responsible for the billing of calls.
Path established by
the WorldPhone
terminal via satellite.
