15.4 Checking the vertical accuracy
The laser must be
horizontally
within the tolerance.

Set up the laser in the middle
between two walls with a
hori-
zontal
distance of at least 50 m.
•
Mark the position of the laser
beam (

) on the oppo-
site walls.

vertically

close as possible to one of the
walls and use the plumb beam
to align it with the level of mar-
