7 Troubleshooting
The following pages contain several troubleshooting charts that can help you find
the cause of problems users sometimes encounter.
7.1 No Image
The indicator is glowing.
The camera has the correct connections
with the power source.
Use a power source that meets
the specifications.
The
camera
has
the
correct
connection with the LAN cables.
The camera may be out of
order. Please contact us
for service.
After power on,
the power source meets the
specified voltage.
The capacity of the power
source is sufficient
Connect the camera and the PC with
LAN cables.
Use a 1000BASE-T compatible device as your
network adapter.
Are you using the supplied GigEGrab
software?
Can the feature registers be read using
the supplied GigEGrab software?
Check whether the software supports GENiCAM, and
whether the registers are set correctly.
The power source meets the specified voltage.
