Removing a SIMM
Use the following procedure to remove a SIMM.

CAUTION
Reduce static discharge by touching the system's
metal chassis.
1.
Remove the system unit cover.
2.
Locate the SIMM sockets (see “System Board
Options”).
3.
Press the metal clips at the outer edges of the socket
away from the SIMM.
