2.9.3 Standards for display conditions (standard for errors/defects)
In case the state of the picture displayed is not fully stable (when the power switch is turned ON/OFF, the back
light is operating to turn on and so on), the following standards should not be applied.

4) An independent defective dot (not adjoined to other defective dot) is regarded as a point dot defect.
5) The one composed of "n" pieces of linked defective dots is regarded as an "n" points linked dot defect.
