MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE

1. GENERAL

This chapter explains system messages pertaining to the DRU, the procedure of fault diagnosis by loop-back
tests between the NEAX2400 IMS and the DRU, and the fault repair procedure.  For other matters, refer to the
NEAX2400 IMS System Maintenance Manual.

2. SYSTEM MESSAGES

System messages are displayed during routine diagnosis, system operation status controlling and fault occur-
rences. This paragraph explains, for each system message related to DRU shown in Table 5-1, the following
items:
