Introduce newest information about China Mobile services such as client feedback plan, preferential
activities and service introduction. Only charge GPRS communication fee without information fee.
10.3 Service hotline
Client clicks “client service hotline” and call preset service number. Client can modify preset number in
settings.
10.4 Customer manager
After setting, call preset number directly.
10.5 Mobile secretary
Mobile secretary includes message sending, message divert and business service.
10.6 My monternet
Provide operations on Consulting, unsubscribing various Monternet services that you ordered.

10.7 Client service setting
Hotline:
built-in number is 10086(after 2005) or 1860(before 2005). The setting can not be empty, that is,
unless client does not modify parameter, the number must be set and saved.
Name of client manager:
input name of client manager
Number of client manager:
without built-in number, this setting can be empty.
Number of mobile secretary:
built-in number is 12580. The setting can not be empty, that is, unless client
does not modify parameter, the number must be set and saved.
Area number of long-distance call:
without built-in number, this setting can be empty.
11 Call history
The call record covers recent missed/received/dialed calls and call time as well as such function as to delete
records.
