1-6  Getting Started 

2. 

Insert the main battery as follows: 

! 

Locate the battery lock button on the bottom of the system 
(see the following figure). 

! 

Make sure the lock button is in the unlocked position (slide 
the button towards the outside of the unit). 

! 

Align the battery connector and tab with the battery bay slot 
and connector. 

! 

Align the grooves on the sides of the battery with the rails in 
the battery bay. 

! 

Slide the battery into the battery bay. Press the battery into the 
connector until it is secure and clicks (locks) into place.

3. 

Firmly press the battery until it is secure and locks (clicks) into 
place. 

4. 

Slide the battery lock button back to the locked position.  

Continue to the next section to install the backup battery.
