• TO SAFELY REMOVE USB DEVICE
The following explains how to remove a connected
USB device from the terminal.
STEP 1: Display the
Menu
screen, and select
Setting

STEP 2: Select
User Setting

Select an item by one of the following operations.

Note
Be sure to remove the USB device when the terminal is
connected to the system.
Note
When you turn off the power of terminal, be sure to
remove the connected USB device beforehand. Other-
wise, it may cause failure of the USB device.
TIP
When overcurrent of the USB device is detected, power
supply to the USB port will be suspended. To restart the
USB device power supply, remove the USB device and
reboot the terminal.
TIP
When using Power Hub (When AC adapter is not used),
plug and unplug the LAN cable connected to the termi-
nal.

TIP
When using AC adapter, plug and unplug the AC
adapter after disconnecting the LAN cable connected to
the terminal. Also, when you connecting/disconnecting
the LAN cable, be sure not to confuse the cable for LAN
port with the cable for PC port.
