PXIe-4310 and TB-4310 (10V)/TB-4310 (600V)
Create a Simulated Device
To run examples without the hardware installed, use an NI-DAQmx simulated device. To create
a simulated device in MAX:
1.
Launch MAX.
2.
Right click
Devices and Interfaces»Create New
.
3.
From the dialog, select
Simulated NI-DAQmx Device or Modular Instrument
and click
Finish
.
4.
Type
4310
in the text box at the top of the window.
5.
Select the device from the list provided.
6.
Click
OK
.
Once you have created the simulated PXIe module, you can simulate the terminal block. To
create a simulated TB-4310 (10V)/TB-4310 (600V) terminal block in MAX, complete the
following steps:
1.
Right-click the simulated PXIe module and select Configure.
2.
Under Connector 0 on the Accessory tab, select the desired terminal block to simulate and
click
Okay
.
