general information
* Where applicable, an additional standoff or brick standoff kit is required. These applications may result in the
terminal flange being proud of the finish material.
For applications where the terminal is situated in an accessible location, an additional terminal guard
kit must be installed. See “terminal guard installation (all)” section for complete details.
All installations must comply with local and national codes.
For 4” / 7” appliances:
Vinyl siding and Exterior finish material (less than
1” thick (25mm):
No additional standoff kit is required for applications
with 1” (25mm) or thinner finish material (including
vinyl).

Vinyl siding between 1” (25mm) and 2” (51mm):
An additional brick standoff kit is required.
