6.0 FINISHING
6.1 FRONT CAST REMOVAL
A.
Lift the cast top off the unit.
B.
Loosen the securing bolts on the cast front (located at either side on the top). Lift up and out.
C.
To install the front, repeat in reverse order.
6.2 SAFETY BARRIER INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
A barrier designed to reduce the risk of burns from the hot viewing glass, is provided with the
appliance and shall be installed.
A.
Remove the safety barrier by lifting up slightly, swing out bottom then lower screen. Remove and
discard plastic wrap.
B.
Tilt the top of the safety barrier toward the appliance and hook under the top arch of the cast front.
C.
Swing the bottom of the safety barrier into position and lower, allowing the bottom clips to rest on the
bottom opening. Careful not to scratch the cast bottom.
