8. MAINTENANCE

8-3-2 Monitor (L), (R) Assys - To be conducted by a technician only -

(1) Replacing the System ES1

To protect the service staff and other people from an electric shock, accident and
injury, and to prevent damage to the electrical circuitry of the machine, always turn
off the power switch before conducting the described task.

Dismount the maintenance door. (See “5-4 Removing and installing the

maintenance door.”)

Disconnect the power cord plug and nine connectors.

Remove the four Phillips hexagon-head bolts (with flat and spring washers) (M6

x 8) and dismount the System ES1 by slightly tilting it forward.
