PGRADING THE
F
IRMWARE
The SHOUT ts firmware can be upgraded using a computer connected to the USB port of the
device. The device drivers support Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.
To upgrade the firmware:
1.
Run the NAL USB Firmware Loader program provided as part of the firmware
download from the NAL Research website

With a USB cable attached to a computer and the device, press
Start Flash Mode
3.
Wait until it activates and then press the "
…
" button.
4.
Browse and select a valid NAL device BIN file.
Note:
NAL Research makes the BIN file available upon request.
