MARKINGS

‘’Markings’’ are defi ned as all signs and inscrip  ons iden  fying the type of machinery or component fi   ed by the manufacturer of the machinery or 
component.

The machinery has been designed with all safety measures in order to protect the operator. However, a number of hazards s  ll exist which are indicated on 
the machine by markings. These markings, shown below, highlight the hazards.

The machine must be accompanied by all safety chains, a sign direc  ng any vehicles to move slowly, transport lights and refl ectors.

  Keep all markings, inscrip  ons and lights clean and replace immediately if damaged or destroyed.

  Wearing protec  ve gloves is mandatory.

MAINTENANCE - REPAIR AND STORAGE

           The maintenance and repair of the machine must be carried out only by responsible persons properly trained in its opera  on. A trained person 
is defi ned as a person who is suffi

  ciently informed or supervised by qualifi ed personnel and is thus able to avoid the hazards which may arise from the 

opera  on of the machine. If the machine does not operate properly due to incorrect maintenance and repair, the machine’s warranty will be voided.

  Never operate an

 that is damaged, incorrectly adjusted or in-correctly assembled. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance 

and repair instruc  ons. 

  Use only genuine replacement parks made by the manufacturer. Use of other materials not approved by the manufacturer may cause problems in the 
opera  on of the machine.

  Carry out maintenance and repair work only when the machine is switched off . For any repair and maintenance work, contact repair centres approved 
by the manufacturer.

  The carbon brushes last approximately 800 hours of opera  on, a  er which they need to be replaced.
