TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible cause Solution
Neutral gear does not engage,
can not change gears normally Retaining spring of gearshift shaft is not effective. Replace.
Gearshift fork is worn Excessively worn gear or incorrect installation. Replace the gearshift fork or reinstall it properly.
Gear wear Oil is not clean. Replace the gear.
The slot of gearshift shaft is
heavily worn
Shifting gear with too much force or long-term
wear.
Replace the gearshift shaft.
The main and secondary shaft
jumps. Retaining bearing worn Long-term wear of bearing.
Replace.
Deformation of gearshift lever
causes interference during gear
shifting
Gearshift lever affected by too much external
force.
Repair or replace the gearshift lever.
Noisy gearbox
1. Main and secondary shaft is deformed or bent.
2. Retaining sprint of gearshift shaft is not effective.
Replace.
Overheating Insufficient oil in the gearbox. Fill the gearbox with the appropriate amount of oil.
The axial gap is too small Bearing is not installed properly. Reinstall.
Oil leakage in the connecting
position of the gearbox
Loose bolt. Tighten the bolt.
Oil leakage on the circular
surface of the output shaft
Oil seal is damaged. Replace.
Oil leakage on the side cover of
the gearbox
Sealing pad of side cover is broken or bolt is loose. Replace the sealing pad or tighten the bolt.
Oil leakage at the discharge
hole
Sealing pad is broken. Replace.
The screw plug is loose Long-term vibration of the machine. Tighten the screw plug.
Oil leakage on the gearbox wall Holes in the gearbox. Reweld or replace the gearbox.
Blade is broken
The blade encountered hard objects such as stones
during operation. Replace the blade. Pay attention during operation
to avoid collision of the blade with hard objects.
Starter cord is broken Long-term wear. Replace.
