Control Power Commissioning
Verify proper AC and DC voltages prior to energizing controls
equipment.
Addition Commissioning Verifications:
1. Proper Power Supply Operation
Commissioning Steps:
1.
CLOSE the 10A Fuse Holder [AC Line 001]
2.
Use a Multimeter (set to AC RMS) to verify the presence
of ~120V AC voltage on
the bottom (input) side of the power
supply
3.
Use a Multimeter (set to DC) to verify the presence
of ~24V DC (±0.1V, 23.9 -24.1V) voltage on the top (output)
side of the power supply
4.
If the DC voltage is not ~24V DC:
Verify the “DC OK” LED is illuminated “Green”, and
Use the potentiometer and a small screwdriver to adjust
the output until it is ~24V DC
3.
If [PASS] where ~120V AC is present In both locations:
a.
CLOSE the 3-pole fuse block (energizing PT references up
to the control back
panel fuses)
b.
CLOSE the 2-pole breaker (energizing the space heater
circuit & the controls
back panel 001 fuse)
