Description
Symbol and color
Transparency
This mode sets the Myosuit to follow the movements of the user
without assisting or hindering their movements—i.e. the Myosuit
is transparent to the user.
Transparency mode can be triggered from any of the three
assistive modes. It is represented on the screen by making the
color of the frame around the current training mode symbol more
transparent.
Isometric
This mode sets the forces of the Myosuit to a constant value.
When the assistive forces are engaged, the symbol is surrounded
by a solid frame.
Concentric
This mode sets the assistance for those movements against gravity
where the hip and knee extension muscles must work against
gravity.
When the assistive forces are engaged, the symbol is surrounded
by a solid frame.
Eccentric
This mode sets the assistance for those movements with gravity
where the hip and knee extension muscles must work with gravity
and slow down the user’s movements.
When the assistive forces are engaged, the symbol is surrounded
by a solid frame.
