5.4.7 Install the blade
A. Remove table insert;
B. Rise the arbor all the way up and set the blade
angle at 0º;
C. Remove the arbor nut and arbor flange from the
arbor, slide on the included 10" saw blade, making
sure the teeth face the front of the saw, then install
the arbor flange and arbor nut onto the blade;
D. Put on a pair of heavy leather gloves and use
the included arbor wrenches to tighten the arbor
nut (turn clockwise to tighten), as shown in
Fig.13

5.4.8 Install the blade guard
A. Reinstall the insert, slide the knurled knob out
(see Fig.14)
and rotate it forward so it engages the
upper bracket.

B. slide the blade guard spreader all the way down
into the block, then rotate the knurled knob so it
disengages the bracket and the locking pin
engages the hole in the center of the spreader.
C. give the spreader an upward tug to verify that it
is locked the blade guard, when properly installed,
look like

Installation de l’interrupteur
Installez l’interrupteur magnétique à gauche, sous le rail avant (figure 12).
Installation de la lame
1. Enlevez l’insert de table.
2. Soulevez complètement l’axe et réglez l’angle de la lame sur 0°.
3. Enlevez l’écrou et la bride de l’axe et glissez-les sur la lame de 10’’ incluse, en veillant à ce que les dents se retrouvent face
à l’avant de la scie. Installez ensuite la bride et l’écrou de l’axe sur la lame.

Enfilez une paire de gants épais en cuir et utilisez les clés de serrage fournies pour serrer l’écrou de l’axe (tournez dans le
sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour serrer), comme illustré dans la figure 13.
Installation de la protection de la lame
1.
Remettez l’insert de table, tirez sur le bouton moleté (voir figure 14) et tournez-le vers l’avant, de manière à ce qu’il
s’engage dans le support supérieur.
2. Poussez le couteau diviseur à fond dans le bloc, puis tournez le bouton moleté de façon à dégager le support et engager
la goupille de blocage dans le trou central du couteau diviseur.
3.
Tirez le couteau diviseur vers le haut pour vérifier s’il est bien bloqué dans la protection de la lame. Lorsque l’installation est
correcte, cela doit se présenter comme sur la figure 15.
AVERTISSEMENT !
Avant d’utiliser la machine, vérifiez que la fixation de la lame est bien serrée.
