5.4 installation
Before beginning assembly, take note of the
following precautions and suggestions.
The machine is bolted to the pallet, before
attempting any of the assembly procedures
remove all of the loose parts and hardware from
the inside of the machine and unbolt the machine
from the pallet.

FLOOR:
This tool distributes a large amount of
weight over a
small area. Make certain that the
floor is capable of
supporting both the weight of the
machine and the
operator. The floor should also be
a level surface.
If the unit wobbles or rocks once in
place, be sure to
eliminate by using shims.

WORKING CLEARANCES:
Take into
consideration the size of the material to be
processed. Make sure that you allow enough
space for
you to operate the machine freely.

OUTLET PLACEMENT:
Outlets should be
located close enough to the machine
so that the
power cord or extension cord is not in an
area
where it would cause a tripping hazard. Be sure
to
observe all electrical codes if installing new circuits
and/or outlets.
DO NOT assemble the machine until you are
certain that the machine is not plugged in and
the power switch is in the OFF position.
DO NOT connect the machine to the power
source until the machine is completely
assembled and you read and understand the
entire User Manual.
5.4.1Remove the accessories
Remove all attachments fixed to pallet.
Remove all accessories or packages contained in
the cabinet.
5.4.2 Motor cover install
Install the motor cover by inserting the door pins
into the hinge sockets on the cabinet as

Install the handle into the Blade Tilt & Height hand
wheel as

5.4.4 Extension wings install

A. Remove the screws from the sides of the main
table;
B. Inspect the extension wings and main table
mating surfaces for burrs or foreign materials that
may inhibit assembly;
C. The mating edges of the wings and the table
must be clean, smooth, and flat, use a wire brush
or sand paper if necessary to clean up the edges,
this step will ensure that the wings mount properly
to the main table;
D. Attach the wings to the main table with the
screws removed in step A;
E. Place the straightedge across the extension
wings and main table to make sure that the table
surface is flat;
If the outside end of extension wings tilts down Or
up, use a strip of masking tape to shim the
extension wing up or down ;

N’assemblez pas la machine tant que vous n’êtes pas sûr qu’elle n’est pas branchée et que
l’interrupteur est sur OFF�
Ne branchez pas la machine tant qu’elle n’est pas complètement assemblée et que vous n’avez
pas lu et compris le mode d’emploi dans son intégralité�
Enlevez les accessoires
Enlevez toutes les fixations attachées à la palette.
Enlevez tous les accessoires et emballages se trouvant dans la machine.
Installation du capot du moteur
Installez le capot du moteur en insérant les goupilles de la porte dans les charnières sur le châssis, comme sur la figure 5.
Installation du volant et de la poignée
Installez la poignée dans le volant pour le réglage de l’inclinaison et de la hauteur de la lame, comme sur la figure 6.
Installation des rallonges (figure 7)
1. Enlevez les vis sur les côtés de la table principale.
2. Inspectez les rallonges et les surfaces de la table principale pour détecter la présence de bavures ou de corps étrangers qui
pourraient empêcher l’assemblage.
3. Les bords des rallonges et de la table doivent être propres, lisses et plat. Si nécessaire, utilisez une brosse métallique ou du
papier de verre pour poncer les bords. Cette opération assurera un montage correct des rallonges sur la table principale.
4. Fixez les rallonge à la table principale au moyen des vis enlevées à l’étape 1.
5.
Placez une règle droite en travers des rallonges et de la table principale pour vérifier si la surface est bien plane.
Si le bord externe des rallonges s’incline vers le bas ou vers le haut, utilisez un ruban de masquage ou une cale pour
corriger sa position.
