8.10.4 Manual Alignment Procedure (Reference)
"Manual Adjustment" => Move the pen head from the JOG Key and adjust to the mark without using the
AAS Registration mark detection. This will be useful when Registration mark detection from the AAS
sensor is unable. (e.g. reflective sheet...)
"4 point" => Adjust the slant / expansion and contraction by 4 points.
"Horizontal" and "Vertical" will only adjust the slant by 2 points.
Use the ball-point pen holder instead of scope. Set the ball-point pen to pen head before plotting.
Adjust the tip of the ball-point pen on top the middle position of the registration mark.
If it is hard to recognize the exact middle position, press the pen holder up and down to check the
position.
There are 2options to adjust the alignment.
Interactive alignment (Manual)
Digitize alignment (Bomb sight)
Procedure of "Interactive alignment (Manual)"
Adjust the position from the PC side cursor key or from the below screen arrow button.
Adjust the position from #1 registration mark. (Next #2.....)
Note:
Digitize alignment (Bomb sight) => correspond to Main Firmware Ver. 3.00 or above.
