Electrical connection

Improper use of a grounding plug can result in the risk of electrical shock. If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by
an authorized service center.

Grounding instructions

•   Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock causing serious injury, even

   death.

•   This appliance must be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of

electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.

•   This appliance is equipped with a power cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug and must

be connected into a properly grounded polarized outlet. Consult a qualified electrician if the grounding

instructions are not completely understood, or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly

grounded. If the wall outlet is a standard 2 prong outlet, it is your personal responsibility and obligation

to have it replaced with a properly grounded 3-prong wall outlet.

•  Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord plug.

•   Do not use an adapter plug with this appliance.

•  Do  not  use  an  extension  cord  with  this  appliance.  If  the  power  cord  is  too  short,  have  a  qualified

electrician install an electrical outlet near the appliance.

The cord should be secured behind the appliance and not left exposed or dangling to prevent accidental injury.

The appliance should always be plugged into its own individual electrical outlet which has a voltage rating that matches the
rating label on the appliance. This provides the best performance and also prevents overloading house wiring circuits that
could cause a fire from overheating. Never unplug the appliance by pulling the power cord. Always grip the plug firmly and
pull straight out from the receptacle. Repair or replace immediately all power cords that have become frayed or otherwise
damaged. Do not use a cord that shows cracks or abrasion damage along it's length or at either end. When moving the
appliance, be careful not to damage the power cord.

OPERATING YOUR WINE COOLER

Setting the temperature control

The temperature of the Wine Cooler is best maintained around 4˚C to +18˚C. The temperature scale
runs from

1

, the warmest setting, to

7

, the coldest. The

position is an

off

 setting which can be used

when the refrigerator is standing empty.

When storing wine or beverage in the Wine Cooler, keep them away from the rear wall. To allow free
circulation of cold air, don't pack wine or beverage too tightly on the shelves and never put hot food
in the wine cooler.

NOTE:

IF THE UNIT HAS BEEN UNPLUGGED, HAS LOST POWER, OR TURNED OFF; YOU MUST WAIT 3 TO 5 MINUTES BEFORE

RESTARTING THE UNIT. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO RESTART BEFORE THIS TIME DELAY, THE WINE COOLER WILL NOT START.
