(Setting for the Client)

Click Start , point to Settings , and click Printers .

Double-click the Add Printer icon.
The "Add Printer wizard" starts.

Click Next .

Select Network Printer . Click Next .

Click the Browse button to locate network printer.
Click Next .

Select Yes and click Next .
Note: Windows based printing option is only available.

Click Finish to complete adding network printer.
If you choose Yes , Test is performed
Changing the Printer Port
Note: Available only in Windows 98/ME/2000/XP.

Click Start , point to Settings , and click Printers .

Right-click the FAX printer, select "Properties" .

Select the Details Tab.
Click the Print to the following port to find the port and
select the printer port.
Click OK .

Printing to Parallel Port:
Select a port in LPT1, LPT2, LPT3 .

Printing to USB Port:
Windows 98/Me : select USB/FAX
Windows 2000/XP : select USB001, USB002
