To attach the hose to the device or bag, insert the hose end

into the discharge hole until both fasteners snap into place.

To remove the hose from the device or the bag, press (using

a screwdriver for example) both fasteners towards the

centre of the hose and pull the hose out.

To attach the hose to the vacuum, insert hose end into the

vacuum discharge hole. Use a hose clamp to ensure the

hose does not fall out of the vacuum when in use. To remove

the hose from the device, pull the hose handle (make sure

the hose clamp, if such was used, has been removed).

4.3 Device use

Operating principle:

To start the device, press and hold button (1) and then press

and hold button (2), button (1) may be released. To switch

the device off, release button (2). Use the rotational speed

adjuster knob to select the required speed.

4.2 Preparing for use

Attaching the hose to the device and to the bag:

Replacing carbon brushes:

Unscrew the screws holding carbon bushes in place,

remove worn out bushes, replace with new ones and screw

in the carbon brushes screws:

ATTENTION! Disconnect the device from the power source

before changing carbon bushes (remove plug from the

socket)!

To change the height of the sanding head, remove the

head:

Then insert/remove metal

O-rings from the bolt which

holds the head in place:

re-attach the head.

Replacing sandpaper on the head:

The sandpaper is attached to the head using a velcro

fastener. To remove it, grab an edge of the sandpaper,

prize  it  off  gently  and  then  remove  it.  To  attach  new

sandpaper, align it with the head (making sure the holes

on the sandpaper are aligned with the holes in the head)

and press down onto the head.

Replacing an oval head:

To replace a worn out abrasive head, lock it in place by

inserting a tool into the two holes in the head, and then

use a tool to unscrew it:

Then replace the head and

attach the new head using
