the housing, flooding or getting wet, breaking the locks);
•
damage caused by overloading the tool or working with unsuitable equipment;
•
mechanical, thermal and chemical damage caused by external factors and forces;
•
damage resulting from a defect that has previously occurred, has not been reported
before and has not been remedied as a result of the buyer's omission;
•
defects resulting from unauthorised interference detected by the Service;
•
the natural wear and tear of the components.
10. The warranty is void in the event of:
•
finding an unauthorized interference by an authorized service;
•
Remove the "label" with the serial number from the device housing or destroy the
serial number;
•
no purchase document or a correctly filled out warranty card;
•
when the defect is caused by force majeure.
11. The user is obliged to:
•
not to use a damaged product;
•
delivery to the authorised mPTech Sp. z o.o. service, ul. Krakowska 119 street,
50-
428 Wrocław, the complete product together with the purchase document and
the warranty card.
Only BIEDRONKA's point of sale is authorised to complete the warranty card. Entries to
the warranty card made by unauthorized persons or changes to existing entries will void
the warranty.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND THE BUYER'S RIGHTS
