server will restart automatically.

 Note: When using this pro cedure, only the selected server’s firmware is upgraded. If you 

know that new NPort Pro Manager software has been released, it is recommended that 
you uninstall the old NPort Pro Manager program from your NT/95/98 host’s hard 
drive, and then install the new one. 

Configuring Server Properties 

The Server Properties function can be used to change the server’s name, password, and transmission 
parameters. Choose 

Server Properties

 from the 

Server

 menu, or click on the toolbar

 Server 

Properties

 icon to start the function. 

Server Properties—General 

You may modify the Server Name, Server 
IP, and Netmask by using the toolbar 
Properties function.
