Attaching the Wingtips 

At this point, you need to attach the wingtips onto the wings. You’re going to need: 

•

Attaching the wingtips 

1. 

Trim off any nubs from the leading edge, if necessary. The wingtips need to fit flush 

against the wingtip ribs. 

2. 

Trim off any nubs from the flat face of each of the wingtip pieces. 

3. 

Position the wingtips using the slots and grooves on the trailing edge and the forward 
vertical spar, as shown in the next picture, and then glue them into place. 

 

Assembling the Aileron Servo Block 

You are going to assemble the aileron servo block, which will be used to house the 
aileron servo in a later section.
