Making Direct Connect Calls From Contacts
If you have numbers stored in Contacts, you can use these
numbers to make calls. For information on entering numbers
into Contacts, see “Creating Entries” on page 122.
1.
Press
M
> Contacts .
2.
Scroll to the name or number you want to call.
3.
Press and hold the Direct Connect button on the side of
your phone.
Your phone places the call to the Direct Connect number
stored in the Contacts entry, even if the Direct Connect icon is
not displayed.
Making Direct Connect Calls From Recent Calls List
If you have numbers stored in the Recent Calls list, you can
use these numbers to make calls. For information on the
Recent Calls list, see “Using the Recent Calls List” on page 75.

> Recent Calls .

Scroll to the item containing the Direct Connect number
you want to call.
3.
Press and hold the Direct Connect button.
To make calls while viewing the details of an item on the Recent
Calls list:
1.
From the Recent Calls list, select the item containing the
number you want to call. If you scroll to My Info from
another phone, you can make a call to the Direct
Connect number of the phone that sent the
information.
2.
Press and hold the Direct Connect button.
