ing Calls
Missed Phone Calls
Missed phone calls are forwarded to voicemail.
When you miss a call, this icon
V
and the number of phone
calls you have missed appear briefly.
To dismiss the missed call message:

Press Back (right softkey).
To view the missed call on the Recent Calls list:
䊳
Press View (left softkey).
Making Phone Calls From Contacts
If you have numbers stored in Contacts, you can use these
listings to make calls. For information on entering numbers
into Contacts, see “Creating Entries” on page 122.

Press
M
> Contacts .

Scroll to the name or number you want to call.
3.
Press
O
to place the call now.
– or –
Scroll left or right to display the Contacts type for the
number you want to call. When the correct number is
displayed, press
O
to place the call.
When you make a phone call:

Your phone places the call to the phone number assigned
to the Contacts type displayed.

If the Contacts type displayed is not a phone number, your
phone places the call to the phone number stored in the
Contacts entry.
Tip To find Contacts entries faster, use the keypad to enter the
first letter of the name.
