Fixed dial entries are stored on your SIM card. When fixed
dialing is turned on, your address book displays only contacts
stored in phone memory and entries stored on the fixed dial
list.
You create and edit a fixed dial entry just like an address book
contact. You can enter a wildcard character
^
in one or more
positions for a phone number stored as a fixed dial entry. A
wildcard character can be replaced by any digit when the
user dials the number.
Locking the SIM Card
Your
Personal Identification Number
(PIN) code protects the
information stored on your SIM card. When the SIM card is
locked, you must enter your SIM card PIN code to unlock the
SIM card each time you turn on the phone or insert the SIM
card in the phone. Your SIM card PIN code is given to you by
your service provider.

Setup
in the application launcher screen, then tap
Security
.

PIN Request On
or
PIN Request Off
to activate or deactivate
the feature.

Enter your SIM card PIN1 code when prompted and then
tap
OK
to submit your code and save your setting.
Unblock the SIM Card PIN Code
If you enter an incorrect SIM card PIN code 3 times in a row,
your SIM card is disabled and your phone displays
SIM PIN1 Blocked.
You must enter a PIN unblocking key (PUK)
code, which you can obtain from your service provider.
