Export

button displays an

Export Settings

screen. The default Name –

HomeVU_Settings

– can

be changed by the administrator even after it has been saved.

The .xml file contains all of the HomeVU configured settings, including the Administrator Password. When the
file is imported to a device, the new password is applied immediately.

IMPORTANT

A copy of this file should also be saved in a central repository for all .xml
files with a predefined name so that other utilities can locate it.
