All individual legrests available from Motion Concepts
(including swing-away models)
provide a flip-up footplate
feature to provide leg and foot clearance when transferring to and from the front of the wheelchair. The foot-
plates can be manually raised/flipped-up so that they remain perpendicular to the ground as indicated below.

SEATING SYSTEM COMFORT ADJUSTMENTS
By loosening the clamping block, the entire footplate position (width) be adjusted in and out along the pivot
post (

). The footplate angle can also be adjusted via the set-screw on the inside of the footplate bracket.
Tightening or loosening the set screw will increase or decrease the footplate angle accordingly (
