Commissioning process
Connection to the power supply
Make sure the pump is securely installed and that power cables and wiring are long
enough to ensure a stable position.
Start up
After checking, make sure that all lines are properly sealed, that the power cord is
connected, and that the syringe is in the rest position. The pump can now be started.
When you have inserted the suction line into the tank and the syringe into the filling
hole, switch on the pump. Slowly release the syringe lever and start pumping diesel oil..
Operation, disassembly and transport
The motor pump does not have any separate accessories, so that assembly is not
necessary. The motor may only be dismantled by authorised service centres or
qualified technicians. Despite its small size and low weight, the motor pump does not
cause any particular problems during transport. We recommend the following: Never
move the motor pump without first disconnecting the power cord from the wall outlet
or disconnecting the power supply. Unscrew and remove the supply and suction hoses.
3 Remove the bolts or screws to fix the motor pump. 4. never pull or move the motor
pump by pulling the power cord.
Warnings:
1. never leave the pump unattended during a filling operation to prevent diesel oil
leakage.
2 Always connect the suction and filling lines before starting the pump.
3 Switch off the motor pump as soon as possible after closing the syringe.
4 Never operate the pump with wet hands, bare feet or standing in water.
