3.
Then ACI_PLC_ACK[0] will go to a 1, meaning the calculations are running and to
standby.
4.
Then ACI_PLC_ACK[1] will go to a 1 when the calculation is done.
5.
Once you receive the 1 from ACI_PLC_ACK[1] for the calculations being done,
write a 0 to ACI_PLC_REQ[0], then wait for ACI_PLC_ACK[1] to go to 0.
6.
Repeat Steps 2-5 as often as you want to run calculations. Typical calculation time
is 500ms or .5s.
Note: A simplified approach in the ladder logic would be to set up the following logic
and mCore will continuously calculate as fast as it can. This logic below will start the
calculation, wait for the acknowledgement that the calculation is done, then will
restart the process.
1.
If ACI_PLC_ACK[1] is 0, then write a 1 to ACI_PLC_REQ[0].
2.
When ACI_PLC_ACK[1] goes to a 1, write a 0 to ACI_PLC_REQ[0].
3.
Repeat Steps 1-2. (If you want to slow down the calculation time then add a timer
before repeating the steps.)
Section 13: System Functions
Section 13.1: Commit All Changes
The Commit All Changes button will implement the changes made to the
configuration and reboot the mCore, depending on changes made and firmware
revision level, to activate the new changes. In firmware version 1.1.xxx, mCore
will reboot to implement configuration changes. In firmware version 1.2.xxx,
mCore does not require reboot to commit changes, so it is much faster. This is the
final step to configure an mCore. Please double check your IP Address settings
