NOTE:
nut “R” (Fig.5) must be screwed onto the bead-
breaker cylinder rod only after the machine has been
installed and hooked up to the compressed air line.
4. HoISTInG/HAnDlInG
In order to remove the machine from the pallet,
hook it as shown in fig.6.
This hoisting point must be used whenever you
need to change the installation position of the
machine. Do not attempt to move the machine
until it has been disconnected from the electricity
and compressed air supply systems.
4.1 INsTALLATION CLEARANCEs
The machine must be installed in accordance with all applicable safety regula-
tions, including but not limited to those issued by OshA.
RIsk OF ExPLOsION OR FIRE. Never use the machine in an area where it will be
exposed to flammable vapours (gasoline, paint thinners solvents, etc.). Never install
the machine in a recessed area or below floor level.
DANGER
IMPORTANT: for the correct and safe operation of the machine, the lighting level in
the place of use should be at least 300 lux.
Do not install the machine outdoors.
It is designed for use in an indoor, sheltered area.
Each time the machine remains disconnected from the pneumatic line for long periods,
check the direct operation of the controls with the relative arm, following the pressure
restoration procedure. Carry out the first control operation very slowly.
