Is the car signal
voltage too low or too
high? Sometimes when the car signal
voltage is too low or too high you
need to amplify or decrease the
Signal Voltage by using a “Pull
up" or "Pull Down" solution.
1. Connect a “pull up” when the car
signal needs to be amplified, The pull up
should be with a
resistor
of 10K Ω .
2. Plug a “pull down” when the car
voltage signal is too high.

the Installation Guide.

In The AWS Setup
Wizard Test Drive
slide the Vehicle
Signal Indicators are
lit constantly? The Vehicle Signal polarity is
Incorrect. Go to the Signal Polarity setting slide in
the AWS Setup Wizard And change the
signal polarity Between High, Low or
Disable.

No Analog Speed
Signal even after
using “pull up” 1. The Connection to the
Vehicle's Speed Signal is Loose.
2. The Analog Speed Signal
Needs to be Amplified or
Stabilized using A more Suitable
Solution then the "Pull up"
3. You are Not Connected to the
Analog Vehicle Speed Signal. 1. Check all connections between AWS
and Vehicle Speed Signal (Start with the
Orange wire in the AWS Signals Cable,
and Continue up).
2. Attach an API (automatic pulse
interface) component from the car VSS
to the AWS system.
The API is not sold or Supplied by
Mobileye and it is only an example for
Similar Solutions in the Market.
3. Verify You are really Connected to the
Vehicle's Analog Speed Signals.
If all fails try Connecting CAN to Analog
VSS Converter.

The VSU doesn't
Detect vehicles and
lanes.
1. Vehicle Measurements are
incorrect?
2. Are you using the Correct
Mounting Adapter? 1. Verify the Vehicle's Measurements.
2. Verify the vehicle is parked on A flat
Surface so the Windshield Angle can be
Measured Correctly.
Calibration when the vehicle and the
TAC Target are not on a Flat Surface
can cause a miscalculation of the
Windshield Angle and the F.O.E.

Doesn't Appear in
Slide 2 in AWS Setup
Wizard.
Did you enter your user name
and Password and press login? Make sure to enter the Username and
Password Provided to you by Mobileye
then press ‘
login’ and then ‘Next’ .

proceed to the next
slide in the AWS
Setup Wizard you get The numerical value you entered
in one of the parameter fields is
Incorrect. Recheck All the Values you entered and
Verify they are Written According to the
Measurement System (Meter / Inches).
E.g. camera height 120 will give an
