EMOVING
P
ROGRAMS
You can free up memory by removing unwanted programs from your WayPoint PDA. Preinstalled
software is stored in Flash ROM and cannot be removed. However, these applications do not use
valuable RAM storage space.
•
To remove a program, first tap “
Settings
” on the start menu.
•
Tap the “
System
” tab.
•
Tap “
Remove Programs
.”
•
Find the program you want to remove in the list of installed programs.
•
Finally, select the program, and then tap “
Remove
.”
If the program does not appear on the list, use Explorer to locate the file or files. Tap and hold the
file(s), and then select “
Delete
” on the pop-up menu.
