Vacuum Sensor, check all surfaces of the packing material for
shipping damage.
Please be sure that your Series 423 I-MAG
®
Sensor package contains

®
Cold Cathode Ionization Vacuum
Sensor User's Guide.
If any items are missing from the package, call HPS

Cables are required for connecting the I-MAG
®
Sensor to its
controller but are sold separately. Please refer to page 14 for
necessary ordering information.
Inspect the I-MAG
®
Sensor for visible evidence of damage during
shipment. If it has been damaged, notify the carrier immediately.
Keep all shipping materials and packaging for claim verification. Do
not return the product to HPS
