MKS MultiGas High-Speed Gas Sampling Cart
Step 4: Install the MultiGas Unit
1.
Follow the instructions for uncrating and instrument checkout found in the MultiGas manual.
a.
Slide the MultiGas into the rails provided in the Sampling cart.
b.
Position the sample inlet /outlet of the MultiGas with the plumbing of the cart, take
care to align the connectors and snug each hand-tight.
c.
Tighten the connections (according to Swagelok instructions).
Note:
Take care not to cross thread the connectors.
d.
Cover sample Inlet and the Swagelok cross with the heater jacket.
Note:
The J type TC is found at the bottom of the Swagelok cross. This can be used
to manually check the temperature of the sample supplied to the instrument.
