Vegetables stay alive even after harvest. Under a gift of light, they increase nutrients themselves.
There are no such foods as vegetables, fruit, beverages and seasonings that cannot be stored under the LED light.
Simply store them in the usual manner.
Even with poor light, vegetables increase nutrients. Therefore there is no need to remove fresh produce from its
packing unless the packing shuts out the light.
Vegetable nutrients will not continue to increase forever. The storage stability will depend on the freshness when
bought. Please use the vegetables as fresh as they should be.
The vegetable compartment has high humidity, therefore the bottom of each case may become cloudy or
condensation may form when a large amount of leafy vegetables is placed in the vegetable compartment. If
condensation collects in the bottom of a case, it will cause the case to become dirty, therefore wipe the case with a
dry piece of cloth.
Vegetables and fruits stay fresh in a plastic wrap.
