Interrupt Request to CPU Module

This function checks interrupt conditions in every link scan, and makes an interrupt request to the CPU module to start the 
interrupt program if the interrupt conditions are met.

Setting method

Set the interrupt request to the CPU module in "Interrupt Settings" under "Application Settings". (
