Set the corresponding fault number in the upper 8 bits of

Setting range for the upper 8 bits of

+0 is "16 to 20." If a value other than "16 to 20"

is set, the calculation error (error code 50) occurs.
Designating the seventh bit of

+0 as "1" (lower 8 bits are H82) clears the setting

and the change the display back to the normal fault display.
