LED indicator
MON: ON when the operation panel is in the monitor mode. Quickly blinks twice
intermittently while the protective function is activated.
Slowly blinks when the display-off function of the operation panel is valid.
PRM: ON when the operation panel is in the parameter setting mode.

Switches the operation panel to a different mode.
